EMS uses a digital fob at the keypad to open the cabinet and reach the building master key set without waiting on a lockbox combination.
Each open is tied to the assigned fob, so the building team can see when EMS accessed the master keys.
Steel housing, electronic latch, and keypad on the door. The controller sits inside and needs one Cat6 run to the network.
Mount it at a building entry. Assign EMS a digital fob. When they arrive, they open the cabinet and take the master keys they need for the rest of the property.
Hang the cabinet at the agreed EMS entry point and run one Cat6 cable to the network.
Caltuck wires the controller, sets the electronic latch, and issues the EMS digital fob.
EMS presents the fob, the box opens, and they take the building master keys. The open is logged.
