Caltuck LLC (“Caltuck,” “we,” “us”) operates caltuck.com, caltuck.cloud, caltuck.io, and caltucksupport.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our websites, buy products, open a support ticket, or use our sensors and cloud tools.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email, phone, company, and job site address.
• Order and billing details needed to process a purchase, including Stripe payment records. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Support ticket content, including messages, photos, and videos you send.
• Field logs from technicians, which may include work notes, hours, receipts, photos, videos, and GPS location if the device shares it.
• Sensor and cloud account data, including device readings, alert settings, and SMS numbers you opt in for alerts.
• Website usage data such as pages visited, time on page, device type, and referring site. This is used to understand which pages people use.

2. How we use it

• To quote, sell, install, and support products and services.
• To run monitoring, alerts, and dashboards you request.
• To fulfill orders, process payments, and handle returns or warranty questions.
• To respond to support tickets and field reports.
• To improve the website and our operations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing.

3. SMS alerts

If you opt in to Caltuck Cloud SMS alerts, we use your number to send sensor and status messages. Message frequency varies with sensor activity. Carrier rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also change notification settings in your cloud account.

4. Sharing

We share information only as needed to operate:

• Payment processors such as Stripe.
• Hosting and email providers that run our sites and mail.
• Carriers that deliver SMS if you opted in.
• Authorities when required by law.

5. Cookies and site stats

caltuck.com uses a small analytics cookie or similar identifier so we can count visits and see which pages were viewed. This is for our internal site stats, not advertising networks. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

6. Location

Field Log may ask a technician’s phone for GPS so a work entry can be pinned on a job map. Location is stored with that log. If location is denied, the log can still be saved without a pin.

7. Retention and security

We keep account, ticket, order, and monitoring records while the relationship is active and as needed for legal, tax, and warranty reasons. We use standard access controls and encrypted connections. No method of storage is perfectly secure.

8. Your choices

You may ask us to update or delete personal information we hold, subject to records we must keep. Email info@caltuck.com or call (720) 499-0399.

9. Children

Our sites and services are for business and property use. They are not directed at children under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the sites after an update means you accept the revised policy.
