The Building Sensor is the computer. WaterBug is the plug-in module that gives that computer a job: two water detectors, Leak 1 and Leak 2, with wet/dry alerts on caltuck.cloud.
The box on the wall is the computer. It has the screen and the cloud connection. Every module plugs into that same sensor.
WaterBug is the white module with two leak sensors. It plugs into the bottom jack and turns that computer into a two-zone leak monitor.
Leak 1 and Leak 2 report wet or dry. Room temp and humidity stay on the Building Sensor. Alerts go out through caltuck.cloud.
Buy the Building Sensor once. Choose the module for the job. WaterBug is the leak module: two detectors, two zones, wet/dry alerts. Fridge, HVAC, and door modules use the same jack on the same box.
Install the Building Sensor on the wall. That is the computer. It already does temp, humidity, and cloud alerts.
The white module clicks into the bottom jack. Put Leak 1 and Leak 2 where water hits first: water heaters, sumps, pans, and low floors.
A wet contact posts immediately. Set a cloud condition for Leak 1 or Leak 2 closed and send SMS or email to the people who can shut the water off.
